WAMA Members:

Due to an unfortunate series of events the WAMA fall conference in Yakima, WA must be cancelled. We have rescheduled the conference in Yakima for May 11-13, 2010 and look forward to seeing all of you there. We will be posting more details on the rescheduled conference on our web site www.wama.us as the agenda is developed.

One of the very important activities at the fall conference is the election of new officers and board members. This year we will be conducting elections via email, fax, and regular mail. Later this fall we will call for nominations and then broadcast email you the slate of candidates and a ballot. You will have the option of faxing or emailing your ballot to a site that we will designate in the announcement.

On behalf of the officers and board of directors, I thank you for your support of WAMA and look forward to working with you as we move forward on some very exciting developments including the executive director position that we discussed at the spring conference.
