The 2017 WAMA membership renewal process is about to get underway. On January 1, the first renewal announcement will be sent to members by our automated system. The process is designed so that the renewal payment can be paid on-line with a credit card. The notice will include a link to an attached invoice for the renewal fee. You can select that link and on the invoice there will be a link to the payment facility. By selecting that link and following the instructions you can make your payment without having to log in separately to the web site. (The notice will include instructions).
Alternatively, you can log in to wama.us. When you log in using your password you will be advised that your renewal is due and you will find instructions for making the payment. If you don't remember your password, select "forgot password" and follow the instructions.
REMINDER: Each member has a "member profile" in the system. The information in the profile is used to populate our member directory. It is up to you to keep your profile information current so your directory entry is correct. To check and edit your profile, after you log in to the web site, select "review profile". On the profile page that opens, you can select "edit profile" and make any needed changes.
If you don't receive a notice, don't despair. A few of you are in groups whose payments are made centrally. We have worked with a few of those groups to arrange for that group payment to be made outside of the standard automated process. Just remember - if you do receive the automatic January 1 notice we are depending on you to make the payment.
