Please call in to make your hotel reservations under our group name Washington Airport Management Association. You may also give them our Group ID 49931A. We always recommend booking early as we often sell out of our room blocks.
GOLF: Location coming soon! Tee times vary by group, but will be between 9am-10am on Monday the 18th.
AIRPORT TOUR, WINE TOUR, & WELCOME RECEPTION: Buses will leave the Marcus Whitman at 1:00pm and take our guests on an airport tour, then to two wineries for tastings, and ending at Dunham Cellars for our evening reception with dinner. The buses will leave Dunham Cellars at 8:00pm and return guests to the hotel after an evening of networking. You are welcome to drive yourself or carpool to the individual wineries and to the welcome reception. Bus space is limited, please indicate if you plan to ride on the conference registration form.
VENDORS: We have vendor tables available for $100 each. A paid registration is required for vendors who participate in activities, conference presentations, and meals. Vendor tables are in the lobby where we will have our breaks and are first come first serve for setup. We typically host 5-10 vendors annually depending on venue and available space.
