Working in concert with the President and the Board of Directors, facilitates handling of human resources and personnel activities associated with paid or volunteer positions in the association.  A subcommittee of the Human Resources Committee with members appointed annually by the President will form a Nominating committee and will develop a slate of candidates for the annual elections.
