  Members-only pricing comes at a $50 discount and includes full conference attendance, meals and hospitality offerings
• A - Non-Member – $450.00
  Includes full conference registration, meals and hospitality offerings
• B - Sponsorship Pledge Payment/Invoicing and/or Comp Sponsor Registration
  One complementary registration for each $1,200 sponsorship donation
• C - Changes/Additions to Previous Registration
  If you have already registered for the conference you can use this to add guests, golf, golf tee box sponsorship or a vendor table.
• D - One-Day Registration – $250.00
  Single day conference attendance Tuesday, May 9. Includes full day of conference activities, plus lunch and dinner. (Breakfast not included.)
• E - Half-Day Registration – $150.00
  Half day conference attendance Wednesday, May 10. Includes final half day of conference activities, plus breakfast.
